Roles

Roles in @Work can optimize your teams and groups management in an optimal way. You can design and create any number of roles for users. A user can also have an unlimited number of roles to maximize the flexibility of role assignment.

Roles can be used in various ways, including

  1. Create role-based chat groups for dynamic chat group member management
  2. Share files with other users by using roles
  3. Create role-based roadmaps for dynamic learner management
  4. Create announcements with the role-based scope of target audience
